I’ve been using Aphina daily for the last 4 weeks, I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant and I’ve noticed a huge change in my hair fallout compared to using other collagen brands like LeanFit. I use it in my coffee and have topped it on plan Greek yogurt. Minus 1 start because I wish there was an unflavoured option. Coconut is ok but it’s an overpowering flavour IMO. I have no interest in the other flavour in my coffee either. Overall, this will be a repeat purchase. I’m hoping this will come in handy postpartum!
Tastes horrible.
I started taking this liquid collagen a year ago after buying it at a skin clinic. Within a couple of months, I noticed new hair growth. My hair had been thinning since mid-40s so that was very encouraging. After a year, my hair has grown past my shoulders and feels fuller, giving me more confidence. I’ve tried many brands but I’ll continue with Aphina. Not only it tastes great - it actually works!
