My first order of Aphina marine collagen was a few years ago (when the company had a different name). After that I tried a few more brands of collagen, then Aphina again, about a year after the first try. Anyway, to make a long story shorter, I had two brain surgeries in June 2025 and after my initial recovery I knew that (as a woman over 50) I needed to take collagen everyday for multiple reasons. It doesn't matter the flavor--all Aphina liquid marine collagen is the best on the market in my book!!!!

Apparently, the marine collagen ( I was looking for wild caught only) in liquid form is the easiest to be absorbed by our bodies, plus it also includes Vitamin C.

I am half way of my second bottle now. I haven’t seen any results for a month ( maybe i wasn’t noticing it) but after I received the second bottles I started noticing that my skin became much more plump, radiant, moisturized. Everyone around started saying that I’m glowing.

I mostly worn my hair curly for a month and when I straightened it I noticed that it grew so much!!!

The only issue with this product that it’s quite expensive to buy it every month. However, I’m happy with the results.

I started using this Marine Collagen approx 3 years ago. I have definitely seen a difference in my hair, it is thicker with more shine and my nails are very strong and grow quite quickly. I would highly recommend this product for any one wanting to look and feel better about themselves.
