I've been taking Aphina Liquid Marine Collagen for over a year now and it has made a noticeable difference to decreasing my joint pain / inflammation - it's super easy to add into any beverage in the mornings, such as juices, smoothies or water, and has a great taste. As someone who's also had digestive issues in the past, I've found this collagen is one which doesn't exacerbate that / is easy on the stomach.
