Your tracking information is included in your shipping confirmation email. Log into your account to view your order history and live tracking status. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before tracking becomes active.

Shipping & tracking

Orders within Canada and the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns of unused, sealed products within 30 days of receiving your order. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. To initiate a return, please send your unopened product back to us with a copy of your order confirmation.
