Aphina Collagen is a liquid-elixir formulated with wild-caught marine collagen to support collagen formation to rejuvenate skin, hair, nails and support joints. With essences of passionfruit, our infused flavour profiles are a gentle balance of subtle and sweet, so that they can be enjoyed in the water, tea, smoothies or paired with other supplements, like restorative powders.
Our bodies naturally produce collagen, that's why it's made up of non-essential amino acids (our body produces them). As we start to age, around the age 25, our bodies production of collagen generating amino acids slows, and we lose about 1% of our collagen per year, which is why we can start to feel the effects of aging in our skin, hair, joints, and nails. We use marine because it is highly bioavailable and has the highest amounts of these non-essential amino acids (glycine, proline, hydroxyproline).
Hydrolyzed marine collagen (wild-caught fish from Canada (cod, haddock, pollack) 4000 mg, water/aqua, organic palm-free glycerin (from sesame, flax, castor and sunflower), organic passionfruit flavour, potassium sorbate (from mountain ash berries), Vitamin C as absorbic acid.

Amazing product with a great taste. Too bad it is only here for a limited time. Great to put into your morning coffee so you don’t forget to take it. I think this should always be in the lineup for this of us that do not coconut.
I’ve used powered bovine collagens before but keep coming back to this one. Notice a huge difference in my skin and nails. Flavor goes great in coffee.
