I’ve been experiencing joint pain and read collagen relieves pain. Haven’t used it long enough to know if it’s working, but mixes easily in water and taste good.
Avalon provided very prompt and thorough responses to my questions, the customer service is amazing. Very proud to be supporting a female owned Canadian company. I cannot speak to the results yet, However the taste is excellent, the packaging is beautiful and reusable. The coconut is excellent in coffee, and for the passionfruit I just add water, ice, a couple lemon slices and some spritzes of Rose Hydrosol and it's incredible.
This is a treat with my sparkling flavoured waters and it pairs perfectly. I feel like I am having a drink during my workdays and I love it!

I find it very earthy and too sweet for my taste. I don’t hate it but I don’t like either, I find it also grainy so I have to add extra water to finish the bottom of the glass. Because I don’t to see the result yet, I am willing to commit to 3 months at least so I consider this drink like an “herb medicine” , so I drink it very fast so I don’t taste the flavour much . It’s tough for few seconds but whatever I just drink it and then I drink extra water to remove the taste and the “ little grain “ left over . I hope to see some results quick. I am more focus on the memory enhancement and stamina . Thank you!
